Dear expert,
My client received a contract from government PSU for distribution of LED Bulb under DELP Scheme for rajasthan circle for commission @ Rs 3 per LED distributed by us.
my client give the same work to another person @ Rs 2 Per LED Distributed by such another person.
my question is
A)which Section is applicable on commission received and commission paid is covered under 194H or this will cover under 194c as a contract and subcontract.

Generally,it comes under 194H but much depends on the wordings of the contract.
