A company is use to get vouchers/bill book printed from a printing press, also packing bags with company's name printed on it.
Is the company is liable to make TDS on the said bill U/s. 194C?
suggest with notification/calrification from Dept. or any case law.

Income tax need not be deducted on such payment from October 1, 2009 as per the substituted section 194C. Department has not issued any notification/clarification on this matter since the above said date because the section itself is clear and is self explanatory.
