If in F.Y.2009-10 an indovidul's sale exceeds 40 Lakhs for the first time (In F.Y. 2008-09 & 2007-08 his turnover was less than 40 Lakhs) then woul he be liable to deduct TDS u/s 194A in the F.Y. 2009-10?
