WE Had already filed quaterlt TDS return in Form 24 Q n 26 Q

is it required to file annual return or not
.

if so the forms are 24 n 26 right

30 June 2009 No, you don't need to file the annual return for the f.y 2008-09.

The new circular is applicable for f.y. 2009-10.
