Tds status of booking

23 April 2014 Hi all,in one of my frn case, in form 16 the status of booking is showing as f and m due to which the department raise the demand with the amount of tds so what I can do to remove that demand made by the department for the tds amount which is already deducted from his salary

24 April 2014 you can check that the amount demand by
deptt. of each emeployee if equal to RS. 60 /- then it is error of income tax deptt. software.
due to software of deptt make demand of cess on deduction u/s 87A Rs. 2000/-
it show demand of 3% agast each employee.
