A newly incorporated company which has just started its operations, having 1-2 employees whose salry is below taxable limit means no liability to deduct TDS. Whether such company is required to file TDS return?

See, if you have got the TAN, file NIL TDS return, otherwise.... just ignore.

no need to obtain TAN and to file the return. at present there is no provision to file nil return of TDS
