If we have paid commission of Rs.5000 to Mr. X on 1st July 2014, tds deducted on 31st March 2015 and TDS deposited on 15th May 2015. Can we file the above entry in 4th Quarter Return or it will be filed in 2nd Quarter Return.

it is possible but where tax officer questions it, you wont be able to defend much

return will be processed...just make sure you mention payment date (date on which payment is made to the deductee) that falls in Q4
