we have deducted TDS of Proprietorship firm now i want to know whether in TDS return Proprietors Name is to be shown or the firm name by which proprietor details????

You can show any name but TDS credit will be given on the basis of PAN no mentioned by you. If you mention Firm's name or Proprietor name against which PAN is allotted, both are correct.
