09 December 2015 Dear Experts,

We have filed the TDS Return for second Quarter but not yet download the TDS Certificate. Further we have to revise the TDS return, then now my query is that it is necessary to download the TDS certificate before its revise?

09 December 2015 No it is not necessary to download certificate before revising TDS return.

09 December 2015 Download Consolidated fvu. Submit revised return and then download TDS Certificate once revised return is processed.
