please let me know whether PAN of all deductees (100%)to be mentioned in TDS return ?
if not, what would be the minimum percentage of deductee PAN is mandatory in TDS returns

Now it the limit is 95% of the total deductees.

currently it is 85% for non salalry deductees and 95% for salary deductees how ever u can also file your return by leaving the person details who didn't given his PAN No. nd then u can file your corrected return.
