Can anyone tell me what are the Fine or interest or penalty for let filling of TDS return quarterly.

05 July 2010 Penalty will be Rs.100 per day from the due date to date of filing . subject to the tds amount involved in the return

under which sec. penalty will?Is it Complusory? how and when penalty will paid? Is there any penalty for revison of return?

05 July 2010 Penalty provided in sec.272A and generally on demand only penalty payment made by most of the assessee. but assessee option you can calculate and pay on your own no issue

06 July 2010 No penalty or interest for revising the TDS return and also there is no time limit and number of times for revising the TDS return
