Tds return correction error

Dear Sir,
i have file correction statement for FY 15-16 Q3. I have added and deleted some deductees. Our Return is accepted and filed, but statement status shows error as "C3 Correction Claimed amount more than balance".
So please help me out in resolving this.

Manoj, when adding and deleting deductees you may use one or more challans above the originally paid challan amount. Even 1 rupee used excess than the challan paid, it will be void. So find these in your correction return and rectify then file the correct one.
