During preparation of tds return for the quarter ended septmeber(which is to be filed using rpu version 2.2) I am facing following problems.
1. while creating the file it is properly created in version 2.2 but validation under fvu 3 is not happening? Is it compulsory to validate the file under fvu3?

Yes it is necessary to validate with new fvu 3, otherwise your return will be refused by TINFC.
