Suppose I deduct TDS, deposit it, file quarterly return wherein i give the credit of the TDS to Mr. X
Q: Can i know whether the person mentioned in my tds quarterly return (Mr. X) has been given the credit of the TDS.
Is there any online method to know this(like form 26 AS) or otherwise

while filing return and nsdl matching challan and give the credit to the respective PAN numbers.that particular person can check in form 26AS

A)It is 26 As but this facility is use by Pan holder.
Secondly
B)You can go through Nsdl Web site https://tin.nsdl.com/
Go in Quarterly statement status here you can check tds deposited to concern Pan no if you know Amount you can cross check.
c)You can register your TAN number for further facility but department has started this but till now not activate this facility.
