I am conducting audit of a pvt. co.
Company has booked contract bills throughout the year without deducting TDS. Now co. has deducted TDS in March 14 for whole year.
so my question is whether co. is required to fill TDS returns for all the quarters or only for 4th quarter

Return needs to be filed for all 4 quarters.
