28 July 2012 someone suggest me any way to download consolidated file from nsdl for tds revision of return in my case where there is only one party(with no pan)in respect of whom my client had deducted tds.i am unable to provide 3 different pan as required by nsdl.
help!

28 July 2012 Where the return has only one deductee. then providing 1 PAN itself you can download the consolidated file. system will accept the same. but without PAN how did you filed the return. TDS return will not accepted with specific percentage PAN of deductees.

even if you uploaded, try to download form 16a while downloading form16a, option is there to download along with consolidated file of TDS
