hello All..
I today received one of my TDS certificate of assessment year 2008-09.. of Rs. 23000 TDS
i didn't file my return ever..
now what can i do..
should i prepare return of AY 2010-11 and claim the old TDS
or is there any other way to claim the refund
plz suggest

No. refund of a particular A.Y. can be claimed in that A.Y. only. So you cannot claim the same in A.Y. 2011-12.
Also now you cannot file return of A.Y. 2008-09 as the time limit for the same has expired. So you can only make an application to the commissioner who may allow you to fie return of 2008-09.
