if the main holder (Deductor) has been expaired in this case his family member how to claim his IT tax refund Amount?

legal heir will file the ITR and refund will come in name of deceased and his bank account onluy, then only the bank account would get closed.

File the return of income as the legal heirs and mention the same in the return of income. The refund will come in the name of the legal heirs.

In the return you mention the name of the legal heirs with the PAN number of desead
