I AM WORKING IN ACCOUNTS DEPT & RECORDING VAIOUS BILLS NOW VARIOUS GUESTS TAKE LUNCH IN HOTELS.
SO AGAINST ABOVE HOTEL ILLS FOE LUNCH EXPENSES SHALL I DEDUCT TDS OR NOT

If thee guests are covered in the contract for the company to whom you are billing then yes otherwise not because with the individual persons you do not have any contract and one or two means are below the limit of TDS
