ONE OF THE TRUST MAKES A PROGRAM FOR GENERAL PUBLIC AWARENESS FOR SMOKING AND GIVE THE SOFT COPY TO THE PERSON WHO WRITE IN THE DVD IN LARGE QUANTITY.
THE PERSON WHO IS WRITING THE PROGRAM IN DVD ISSUE A INVOICE. HE HAD NOT BIFERGATE THE VALUE OF THE DVD AND SERVICE PROVIDED FOR WRITING .
SO MY QUESTION IS TDS U/S 194 C IS REQUIRED FOR WHOLE AMOUNT OR NOT

Yes TDS is required to be deducted on Total Bill Amount.
