First of all tds is not to be deducted by everyone. So 1st confirm whether you are liable to deduct tds.
If yes, then if you are paying the wages under contract then yes tds is deductible on these wages.
If paid to individual then 1% to other @2%.
tds on these payment is to be made on or before the 7th of the next month.
If yes, then if you are paying the wages under contract then yes tds is deductible on these wages.
