TDS Provision For the F>Y 2009-10

30 August 2010 Actually our Client are purchasing water (by trnaker)from that particular vendor on monthly basis. But the vendor doesn't charge service tax nor VAT on the same.

Kindly suggest whether TDS would be applicable?
If Yes,Whether 194C Or 194I
