My firm paid salary to a woman staff of Rs.720000/- for the year 2011-12.TDS not deducted till date, it should be deducted in the March.What is tds amount and what is the calculation. Please show me the tax stage.

What about:
1. HRA amount and actual rent paid.
2. Conveyance Amount in the 720000.
3. LTA and other bifurcation of 720000.
4. Amount of PF and Professional tax deducted from gross salary prior to arrive figure of 720000.

Is that woman, not a senior citizen?
Don't she has any mediclaim policy or Life Insurance Policy or children school fee etc?

Amount of tax depends on the structure/components of salary..
And the TDS should be made in Feb or March, as possible.
