in the starting of the year we calculate the tax liabilites and start to deduct from the employee salary on monthly averge basis in the middle he get the very big amount in lieu arrear from last year and than we again calculate his tax liabilites and deduct the montly average with new structure. but in the next month he leave the job without any intimation now in our computation tax liabilities are stand and we do not have any unpaid amount in his account to adjust the tax liabilites,
please advice how we adjust his tax liabilites. is there any provision we have in Income tax act to adjust his tax liabilites or this liabilities will paid by the company.

To solve you query plz. answer
Had you paid earlier salaries (monthly+arrears) after deducting the TDS or you just passed the book entry , deposited with Central Govt. and paid him in full?
Have you paid his bonus , ex-gratia or leave salary dues in full?
