Dear Experts,
One of my employee is insisting to consider his donation u/s 80G(5) and 80GGC while compute his TDS. I advised that only 100% category donations can be considered while computing TDS but the gentleman still insists. Can I consider. Matter is very urgent hence look forward to an early reply from every kind hearted experts.

yes even 50% is covered subject to availiability of pan of donee and certificate issued by donee under sec 80G
