SORRY I LITTLE MISTAKE.
REFER TO SEC. 194I ---IT SAYS THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT TO DEDUCT TAX AT SOURCE ON INCOME BY WAY OF RENT IF THE PAYEE IS THE GOVERNMENT.
