Whether TDS to be deduceted on reimbursement of Conferece/Meeting Cost to parent Co by Subsidiary Co?
Cost is incurred for meeting held of Board of Directors of each subsidiary Company in Foreign Country where Parent Co resides.
Any relevant Case law???
