May i know the TDS requirement on Raw material purchase & Direct expenses payment .
2. As far as direct expenses are concerned you have to see the nature of the payment and then determine the TDS applicability.
For eg, wages to workers will attract TDS u/s 192.
Payment to contractor for supplying manpower will attract TDS u/s 194C.
