12 June 2015 If we are purchasing material for repair and maintenance. then is it liable for tds while making payment thereof.???

12 June 2015 No. TDS is not applicable on Purchase but TDS provision will be applicable on Repair & maintenance Charges paid, if any u/s 194C,
