If we are purchasing material for repair and maintenance. then is it liable for tds while making payment thereof.???

No. TDS is not applicable on Purchase but TDS provision will be applicable on Repair & maintenance Charges paid, if any u/s 194C,

But if we are accounting the same in the head of Repair & Maintenance then the answer will be differ or not ???
