Is the deductor of 1% tax on property required to file return of TDS? If yes, What is the procedure?
Please also suggest the procedure for downloading Form 16B from TRACES site.

And what about Form 16B to be issued to the deductee, i.e. the seller of property?

That is the TDS certificate…it is to be generated online from TRACES website, by logging in as Tax Payer
