14 October 2013 Is the deductor of 1% tax on property required to file return of TDS? If yes, What is the procedure?

Please also suggest the procedure for downloading Form 16B from TRACES site.

14 October 2013 That is the TDS certificate…it is to be generated online from TRACES website, by logging in as Tax Payer
