TDS on proffessional fee

I want to know proffessional fee(194 J) Is there the limit 30000/75000 is correct or there is no limit we have to deduct TDS @10 % please clarrify

For 194J limit is Rs 30000/- p.a.
Rate 10%.
Limit of Rs 30000/- per bill or Rs 75000/- p.a. is for Sec 194C.
