HI ALL,
I HAVE A PROBLEM, A PRINTER SELL AND PRINT COMPANYS BROCHER'S AND SHOW IN HIS INVOICE AS A SELL AND ALSO ADD VAT,NOW I WANT TO KNOW WE SHOULD DEDCUT OR NOT DEDUCTED TDS

If vat is added to that extent of the price it is treated as sale and no tds to be deducted on the same. The reamining portion where they show it as service only to that part tds has to be deducted if tds is applicable on the same.

if it is show as sale and added VAT then no need of TDS as this is sale.
