Sir,
one of my client is going to participate in an exhibition in Brazil. Whether is it mandatory to deduct TDS on that payment?
Exhibition is going to be held in Brazil and payment for that it is to be made to a Foreign company.

TDS to be deducted in accordance with provisions of Section 195.
