DEAR SIR,
I WANT TO PAY PROFESSIONAL FEES TO A PERSON WHO HAS RENDERED SERVICE TO ME OUTSIDE INDIA.
SHOULD I HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS ON PAYMENTS TO BE MADE TO HIM.
