I made service contract for AC Machine & i deduct TDS in 194J Section @10% is it true or false please give me answer
if he provided parts & maintenance contract
then what is treatment of TDS

TDS should be deducted u/s 194C.
Rate:
Individual /HUF @1%
Others @ 2%.
Threshold limit:
Single Bill Rs 30000/-
Annually Rs 75000/-
