Tds on lic commission

25 June 2012 If TDS is deducted from the commission of a LIC Agent and the agent want to claim the refund of that TDS, in that case which return is required to be submitted by the agent ? ITR1/ITR2/ITR3 OR ITR4 ? Plz. answer ASAP.
