Dear experts,
As we are in category of Restaurant industries & Spa industries, We are receiving the bills of Laundries upto Rs.36000/-.
IS TDS is Applicable on Laundry services,if yes then please provide full details,

Yes, TDS will be deductible u/s 194C since it is a contract for work and labour.
However services rendered by a hotel to its customers by providing certain facilities / amenities do not constitute work within the meaning of section 194C and therefore, would be
outside the purview of section 194C of the Act
