Do we have to deduct TDS on foreign commission (agents) for purchase of spares through foreign agent?
What will be the TDS implication on payment of such commission through India?
Whether this transaction is considered as import of service under RCM?

tds u/s 195 @ 10% if he have PAN otherwise tds rate will be @ 20% on commission
