29 July 2008 we have privide TDS on Directors Commission (92B) on 31/03/2008 when we have to remit these amounts to Govt our AGM Date is 07/08/2008

30 July 2008 You have to remit the same by 31st May.
but in case you have made actual payment on 31st march then you have to remit it by 7th April.
