Pls give suggestion for TDS Rules on payment to director remunaration ora salary and issue Form16.
salary can must payment to Director every month or deposit in a/c on last day as accural basis and paid afer when required by directors

TDS on Director remuneration can be made on March. It's beneficial as you know exact position of payments and its on accural basis

TDS is applicable on Director's remuneration but remuneration amount is to be passed in the board's meeting

Salary income - always calculated on Accurral or paid which ever is earlier

Salary TDS Payments are always on Paid basis as per Section 192 of Income Tax Act
