Our residential appartmnet Co-op. society has maintence deposite in bank. TDS is deducted on quarterly interest by bank.
Bank denies to stop deducting tax even on providing Form 15G/15H. What can be done?
Can society claim refund of tax by filing IT return? If yes, which form number of IT return?
