in hotel industry weekely bonus paid ?
which is not forming part of salary as BONUS.
as this bonus as we presume as commission paid to marketing department
whether TDS Apply on such payment and whether on such payment 40A3 apply

If company bear the expenses no matter wht account it parked. ultimatly there are goning to P&L Dr side only
