TDS on commission to "Make My Trip by Hotel" on hotel booking

13 February 2017 hello, Sir our hotel works as LLP, in MP, pays commission to Make My Trip and Goibibo etc on hotel booking. I receive bill for the commission plus service tax which is 15℅ with no abatement as per amended provisions. My query is whether I need to deduct TDS and if yes under which section and at which rate. (194-c, 194-H, and what will be the exemption limit) please guide

13 February 2017 Tds on commission u/s 194H, Threshold limit increased to Rs.15000/ wef 01.06.2016 earlier Rs.5000/- and TDS reduced to from 10% to 5%.
