My client (partnership firm) purchase office in may 2015 and most of amount paid them self and some from bank.. And still bank loan is going on.
My question is my i have to file. TDS on total amount. Can i file now.
If yes . then i have to pay on total amount or as per installment which already paid.
It is required to file TDS return .. If once i make online payment..

No TDS is deducted if sale consideration is less than Rs 50lakhs. If installments are being paid to Seller than TDS has to be deducted on each installment.

MY QUESTION IS I PAID ALL AMOUNT IN INSTALLMENT AND I DIDNT DEDUCT TDS ON THAT TIME..NOW ONLY I HAVE TO ASK YOU THAT I HAVE TO DEDUCT AS PER INSTALLMENT OR DIRECTLY LUMPSUM

If you have paid Instalment than you have to deduct Tds on each Instalment same to be paid 7 days from the closer of the month .

you have to deduct the tds on each payment to vendor, and tds to be deposited.
