PLS GIVE ME EXCEL FORMULA FOR COUNT MONTH REGARDING TDS INTEREST CALCULATION
EXAMPLE:-

BILL DATE IS-29/04/2011
TDS PMT DATE 25/01/2012
TDS AMT 50000

SIMPLE MONTH COUNT IS 10
BUT WHEN I CALCULATE WITH FORMULA MONTH IS CALCULATE 9.

PLEASE SHORT THIS AS EARLY
