We are a manufacturing company. Please let me know whether we can issue form 16A for f.y. 2007-2008 on any date of June-08 as tds of March-08 was paid on 31/05/2008 and e-tds return filed on 5th June-08.

TDS CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN ISSUED UP TO 15TH JUNE.

No, it has to be issued upto 7th June.As per the rule Form 16A in the above referred case is to be issued within 2 months & 7 days from the last date of the accounting year.
