TDS for Fashion Show fee and stall setup charges/ member shi

13 May 2011 Fashion Show fee and stall setup charges/ member ship charges paid to FDCI (Fashion Design Council of India) for this we need to deduct the Tax ( TDS )
For above circumstance please suggest me where it comes under contract or Professional technical charges

13 May 2011 Membership Fees does not attract TDS but stall setup charges attract TDS u/s 194C.
So in my view better to deduct TDS u/s 194C, in case of consolidated bill.

but they sent bill charging service tax against stall setup charges and Fashion show fees,

please conform me still we need to deduct TDS under Sec.194C ( On Gross amount )

13 May 2011 In my view TDS to be deducted u/s 194C on amount inclusive of service tax.
Views of other experts also envisaged.
