Tds features in tally 9

in the gateway of tally under statutory and taxation feature when i enter yes to 'set/alter tds details' and save and quit and when again open these features it shows no to 'set/alter tds details'. why tds features are not activated whether this is because of pirated version?

even i pirated it will work but when u will quit the taly then again u need to alter to yesw
