19 March 2013 I'm working in tpa. there have passed the claims of hospital. i have passed one claim whose date was nov'2011. they have already send me a tds exemp. certificate in f.y-2011-12 & 12-13. so i would to know we are applying expem. rate or not. because in my office fellows said its previous year and we cannt apply previous exemp. cet. But now, this Hospital is demanding to refund his tds amt. Please tell me which rate should have applied cert. rate or normal tds rate ? you give me a reply as earlier.....

19 March 2013 If you would make payment after 31.03.13 then normal rates of TDS as for F.Y.2013-14 you dont have TDS exemption certificate.....but if you make payment now then exempted rate is applicable as you have the TDS certificate of 2012-13..

19 March 2013 But Sir, his Discharging date of bill is 15th nov 2011, we have cert. for the f.y-2011-12. that means we should deduct tds as per Tds Cert yet time. because they have given tds cert. in f.y-2011-12. in this case cert. of f.y-12-13 is not valueable. i m right or wrong. Payment of Previous year will not effected in current year cert. Please solve my query...

19 March 2013 Parul Mam, I want to ask one another question. we dont need to submit pf return while we submit online challans. if no,than tell me last date of March challan of pf and what is last date of pf retun.
