Tds demand by itd

I have received a demand notice from ITD for late filing of TDS return. There is a delay(2.5 Months) in depositing the interest demanded. Kindly tell me how much late fee should i add in the above demand.

Rs.100 per day for each day of delay in filling of tds return. 2.5 months delay means approximately Rs.7500 penalty will be attract incase TDS value involved in the return is below Rs.7500/- then the TDS amount will be levied as penalty
